Permanent - Full time 40 hours
Salary: Band 5 - $74,396.05 - $86,330.13+ 11 % superannuation
Role includes an RDO.
We are looking for an Asset System Administrator to provide support to Facilities Maintenance team.
This role will be responsible for assisting in providing the delivery of routine maintenance and service contracts for buildings owned or managed by Hobsons Bay City Council.
What you’ll be working on:
- Execute admin tasks involved with every facet of the Facilities maintenance team.
- Assist with day-to-day delivery of the Facility Maintenance Contract, subcontract work and internal maintenance teams.
- Assisting with the Scope and deliver minor Capital Works projects under the guidance of Coordinator Facilities Maintenance.
- Building maintenance related certificate, diploma, degree or skills and experience in building and facility maintenance.
- Experience in dealing with customers and members of the public.
- A current Victorian Driver’s License is essential.
