Who are you?
- You have proven experience in an accounting or finance role
- You are a great all rounder with experience in an SME
- You preferably have a Bachelor/Diploma of Accounting.
- You are analytical and your natural curiosity drives you to deliver insightful analysis on financial data and interpretation and love problem solving
- You have a track record of using Xero and Excel as an advanced tool
- You are self-motivated and able to work unsupervised as well as in a team
- You have initiative, drive, strong time management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy being hands-on and involved in transactional tasks
- You are proud of your attention to detail, high level of accuracy and strong work ethics
- You want to be part of a progressive, dynamic company that is prepared to disrupt outdated processes.
- You love growing and learning.
You are an invoicing guru or have accounting experience in a SME or in the insurance industry.
The role
As an integral part of the Finance Team, you will utilise your excel ability to problem solve and analyse data to produce accurate invoicing and drive revenue. You will be a self starter who loves to challenge the process and find better ways to meet your objectives and assist various stakeholders to ensure they are maximising their revenue. You will love the thrill of collecting debt and keeping accounts receivable to a minimum. You have a thirst to learn and grow and assist the team in achieving all financial objectives.
