Your new role
Great opportunity to work in a well-established logistics company based in Mascot. Due to their success and growth, they are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their high-performing finance team on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting with month-end processing including bank & general ledger reconciliations
Preparing financial reports
Cash flow reporting
Assisting with preparation and lodging monthly BAS statements
Process invoices
Maintaining a fixed asset register
Assist with budgeting and forecasting process
Handling general enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate MS Office skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
lAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks

This company will be moving to Blacktown in June. You must be able to travel to both locations.
