Opportunity to join one the NSW team of one of Australia’s most respected charities.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a variety of finance duties:
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Reconciliation of general ledger
Coordinate accounts payable and receivables.
Reconcile accounts
Preparation of monthly reports
Completion of all statutory accounts
Assist with the preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements
Assist with the preparation and review of the budget, revenue, expenses, invoices, and other accounting documents
Review and ensure the adequacy and operation of financial controls in respect to purchasing, general ledger, assets register, debtors and accounts payable
Assist with maintaining the asset register
Assist in the preparation of budgetary reports and strategic financial planning
Provide assistance during the year-end audit process
