They are seeking a talented Assistant Accountant, who will thrive in an agile, creative and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have a broad and varied range of responsibilities including:
Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
Performing month end accounting processes including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of monthly management reports
Perform bank reconciliations
Assisting in the preparation of monthly BAS returns
Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Review of cost allocation
Maintaining fixed asset registers
To be considered for this fantastic position you will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar Assistant Accountant role, with intermediate-advanced excel skills. You will be confident in problem solving and have a strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
