Just Careers Training are seeking an Experienced Assistant Accounts Manager. The role will be reporting to the National Accounts Manager.
This is a Part Time opportunity (2-3 days per week). This is an office based role located in the heart of Bankstown, NSW.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Accounts Payable functions
- Financial Reporting using Excel
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- General ledger journals
- Experienced working within a team and alone
- Employee expenses management
- Liaising with clients and debtors for invoice payments
- General administration including entering invoices and receivables inbox queries
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in Accounts/Bookkeeping
- Proficient knowledge of Axcelerate
- Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
- Relevant Accounting or Finance qualifications highly desirable
- 1 year Proficient knowledge and experience in MYOB highly advantageous - AccountRight (current)
- Strong attention to detail and a good approach to prioritising tasks
- A 'can do' attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A quick learner that can work in a FAST PACED environment
- To take initiative and responsibility in areas of work.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
