Role Overview:
As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior financial advisor. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with the preparation and implementation of financial documentation, scheduling and preparing for client meetings, and maintaining effective communication with clients and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
Schedule and prepare for client reviews and meetings.
Liaise with fund managers, platform providers, and insurers as required.
Assist with ad-hoc duties and report collation.
Engage in ongoing training to master our Financial Planning software and systems.
Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, friendly, and a great team player.
• Previous administrative experience (preferably in Financial Planning) is a plus.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
