The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Throat and Wound, the Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in executing key elements of the marketing plan for our high-growth Upper Respiratory portfolio.
Key accountabilities include:
- Assisting with the execution of marketing plan materials
- Supporting the successful launch to market of brand innovation and improvement projects
- Co-ordination of all marketing functions for the Upper Respiratory portfolio including promotional materials, brand websites, social pages, advertising and public relations
- Communication with internal and external key stakeholders and cross functional team members, agencies and customers
About you
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Consumer Healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing experience and a strong desire to grow their career within our innovative and high-growth organization. Key requirements for this role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related business discipline.
- Previous marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles.
- A creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach both internally and externally.
