About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Growth Brands, you'll be at the forefront of developing and delivering innovative growth strategies. Collaborate closely with our dynamic ANZ Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Strategic leads to craft market, channel, customer, and consumer-focused Growth plans that ensure profitable outcomes for the ANZ region.
- Engage with regional marketing and sales leadership to champion new opportunities and ensure alignment with key innovation areas for successful commercialisation
- Develop execution guidelines for effective brand stewardship and achieve brand KPIs
- Partner with Supply teams to provide leadership and guidance on technical development, prioritising commercially viable product solutions
- Accountable for developing PR, digital, and media channel strategy
- Build trusted relationships with external agencies to leverage their expertise and innovative solutions for business challenges
We are searching for a creative professional with a deep understanding of FMCG, someone capable of leveraging consumer insights, collaborating cross-functionally and regionally, and prioritising projects. A self-starter with excellent communication skills, you thrive in ambiguity, embracing change while maintaining attention to detail and speed.
- Relevant experience in innovation, brand marketing, trade marketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Project management experience, particularly with large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Curious, open-minded, adventurous, and possessing an explorer mindset.
- Self-starter with initiative, spotting opportunities and willing to explore.
