About the Position: Daw Park, a thriving 96-place centre, has successfully operated with a Centre Manager alone. However, recognizing the need for continued growth, we are introducing the Assistant Centre Manager role. In this Assistant Centre Manager, role you will predominantly be on the floor, supporting the Centre Manager in various aspects of daily operations. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Experience working as a qualified educator within the early years’ sector Diploma level (or above) qualification in early years’ education Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates Thorough knowledge of the responsibilities of all educators and staff under the current Child Protection laws Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework Current knowledge of contemporary early years thinking and practice This is your chance to make a significant impact on the growth and success of Guardian Childcare & Education, Daw Park.
