Within this role you will be working closely with the Property Management team to ensure their portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties are run seamlessly. This would include general administration, correspondence with tenant and owner enquiries, and invoicing.
Here's What We're Looking For:

• Supporting the Head Property Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial retail, office and industrial properties across Melbourne
• Have an understanding of the retail leases act
• Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations
• Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues
• Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks
• Assisting with accounting responsibilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A strong work ethic, highly organised and efficient
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Must be well-presented and have excellent communication skills
• A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC Agents Rep) - essential
