Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Ideally, you will come with some experience supporting the smooth running of a Commercial portfolio, however can also be an experienced Residential Property Manager. Your duties will include: administration, maintenance coordination, invoicing and financial support around arrears and any other basic administration.
Here's What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity within the property industry be it commercial, residential, facilities, valuations or similar.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A strong work ethic, highly organised and efficient
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Must be well-presented and have excellent communication skills
• A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC Agents Rep) - essential
