Noble Knight Real Estate, Lilydale is seeking a Commercial Property Management Assistant
We are offering you the opportunity to work Full or Part time and enjoy your weekends off.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager assisting with administration and general office duties
- Lease preparation, rent reviews and other leasing activities
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Assist with leasing and sales inspections
- Conduct exit and entry condition reports
- Manage a portfolio of self storage units
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, vendors, buyers and tradespeople
- Maintenance management
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial or Residential Property Management
- A strong work ethic, highly organised and efficient
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Hold a current Victorian Driver’s License and have a reliable car.
