About the Role:
- Assist with lease administration, tenant communication, and property inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the property manager
- Prepare reports, financial statements, and other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
- relieve reception when required
- insurance policy follow ups with property owners
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge and passion for commercial real estate practices and Property Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
- resilient nature and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Ideally you would have an agents representative certificate
