AddressOur client, a leading Commercial Real Estate agency based in the bustling inner south-east of Melbourne are looking for an assistant to join their growing team.
We are open to a Residential Property Manager who is looking to transition their skills across to Commercial Property Management. Or someone with at least 6 months experience in the commercial industry.
About The Role;
- Day to Day Administration support including;
- Assist with Maintenance
- Assist with Reconciliations & Budgeting
- Assist with market reviews
- Insurance & Arrears Reporting
- Conducting inspections as required
- Preparing inspections reports
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Salary paying up to $75K+Super (depending on level of experience)
About You;
- Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Hold a current and valid Driver's License
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Detail focused
