Role
This role will involve working with this contractor exclusively on Data Center projects throughout Melbourne.
As an Assistant Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Senior Contract Administrator reviewing and preparing contracts
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date and maintained
- Ordering materials and equipment
- Cost analysis. reporting and forecasting
- Assisting with progress claims
- Consistently communicating and reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator and Commercial team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contract Administration related role in the Commercial sector
- Tier 1 or 2 experience required (major projects)
- Data Center experience favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player mindset and willingness to grow within the company
