About the role:
At C&K Calamvale Community College OSHC, a position has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Coordinator to join the team. We are looking for a motivated and engaging education professional to support the management of the day-to-day operations of the OSHC who likes to think outside the box and is ready to get down to the children's level to meet their need and interests. You will be working with the Coordinator to drive the development and implementation of the program within the centre, whilst fostering strong relationships with children aged 5-13, families and other team members.
- Permanent part time, 34 hours a week including non-contact time
- Before School care shift hours 7am-9am
- After School care shift hours 2pm-6pm
- Extended hours during School holidays
What you’ll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
