Current Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Data & SystemsAssistant to join our national Clients & Markets, Client Experience & Market Strategy team. Working as part of a national team your role will allow for coverage to service our internal clients across the country.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data & Systems the core purpose of this role is to assist in the centralised data verification and input process for our firmwide client systems and be involved in our data integrity initiatives.
What you will need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability build relationships and rapport at all levels.
- Thrive in an environment where you required to multitask responsibilities and be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in Professional Services or within a partnership model is desirable however not essential.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Manage and monitor the data integrity inbox and dashboard
- Coordination of the input of data into firmwide systems
- General involvement in broader data integrity projects
- Develop knowledge of the systems/platforms used for the firm’s data integrity programs.
