AddressOur client is a National Development that has surged through the market down-turn taking advantage of the drop and acquiring sites weekly. They are now seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join the team and manage their retail/commercial projects.
Ideally, you will have enough experience to hit the ground running with a progression plan to DM within 18 months.
This role is pivotal in the full lifecycle of development, supporting the director in site identification through to management of consultants and delivery team.
Prior Experience
- Tertiary Qualified and hands on development experience within commercial or retail property.
- In touch with market trends, having built relationships with key industry players and agents.
- Proven experience in creating and managing feasibility studies and an understanding of Estate Master.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, this role will assist in reporting up to board level
