We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspirational Assistant Director / 2IC to Lead our beautiful team.
- Qualified Diploma or Higher
- Blue Card or Exemption, First Aid/CPR, Child Protection, Red Nose
- Monday to Friday - Individual Flexibility can be negotiated
- Part Time Role, off the floor role.

To be successful in this role you will need
- To show you are committed to the future of young children and your role!
- Reliable, Fun & have a genuine interest in early education.
- A recognized Diploma qualification in Early Childhood/ or higher or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA).
- Must be able to show experience in all levels of documentation in alignment with EYLF requirements
- Current QLD Working with Children Check or Exemption or able to apply
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to show leadership with a large team
- In depth understanding of current legislation, NQS requirements, EYLF and current pedagogy that influences practice necessary
- Able to demonstrate a broad understanding of Qikids/Q-Grants/Kindergarten Guidelines/Microsoft Systems
