We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Director to join our team and assist in the management of our Centre. As the Assistant Director, you will be the right-hand person to our director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our organisation. You'll have the opportunity to work with fantastic people, develop and implement exciting projects, assist with Educational Leadership and help shape the future of our organisation.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
