- Assist Senior Director in governance operations and staff management
- Coordinate internal audit function and implement recommendations
- Draft briefs for Executives and Board Committees
- Manage Agency policies and Conflict of Interest Framework
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Accounting/Finance/Governance
- Knowledge of Auditing Standards and contemporary business practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outputs
- Research, interpret, and apply legislation, regulation, and Policy
- People management and leadership skills
- CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand membership
- Significant governance knowledge or internal audit management experience
