The current roles we are filling are:
Assistant Director (Planning, Data, and Insights)
The Assistant Director (Planning, Data, and Insights) is responsible for leading operational planning processes across both groups, management of data requests, development and optimisation of fit-for-purpose dashboards for senior management, development of analysis and insights for strategic issues and decision making, and leading software and tooling considerations for the team.
Assistant Director (Change, Communications, and Events)
The Assistant Director (Change, Communications, and Events) is responsible for driving holistic and effective change management and communications across the groups, events delivery and management, facilitating effective ideation and human-centred design when delivering solutions, and facilitating fit-for-purpose staff consultation and co-design.
Assistant Director (Strategy and Projects)
The Assistant Director (Strategy and Projects) is responsible for monitoring and driving effective governance across the groups (particularly in senior management forums and committees), strategy development, futures thinking, ensuring effective alignment between BOT and corporate functions, championing Agile delivery of the team’s work, and leading project management.
