The Role
Our client is seeking two Assistant Directors to work in Workforce IAM / Customer IAM as senior leaders. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and governance for Identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Executing the strategic vision and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute IAM projects and strategic vision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance for IAM solutions, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk factors.
- Serve as a key point of contact for IAM-related matters
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on Identity and access management or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.
- Experience in any CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai, or equivalent. // Customer IAM Role
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
