We can offer you

• Focus on coaching and mentoring the Room Leaders and Educators
• Supporting the Centre Director with scheduled time off the floor each week
• Established centre with all the systems set up and running well
• Passionate and dedicated team of Educators
• Work closely with the Centre Director and Education Leader to create a positive team culture
• Secure, permanent, full time position
• Approximately $33.00 per hour
• Monthly RDO
• Fortnightly rotating roster
• 95% Discounted child-care fees with places avaialble all five days

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

• Centre leadership, Lead Educator and/or Room Leader experience
• People leadership success with a team-building and training focus
• Examples of using your passion for early years care, development and education of children
• Systems and computer competency
• Applied understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development Framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
