Our state government client is seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to manage staff and drive excellence in their Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a talented team.
- Enhance procurement skills within the Branch.
- Foster strategic and analytical thinking.
- Oversee project management and staff development.
- Improve communication, negotiation, and representation skills.
Pay Rate to the Candidate: $87 - $93 p/h inc Super
Relevant tertiary qualifications would be an advantage, including Certificate IV in Government (Procurement & Contracting) or an Advanced Diploma of Government (Procurement & Contracting); or the ability to obtain certification based on prior experience; or tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business administration or the equivalent or evidence of study.
Location and Contract Term
This role is being offered to those in Canberra, ACT and for a 6 - 12 Months

Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
