We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team in Blackwood!

We will support you to: 

• Support our Director in Centre Leadership
• Implement play-based education and care using a child-centred curriculum, with a focus on wellbeing and personalised learning 
• Provide an environment that values and facilitates children’s learning through play; an environment that is safe, nurturing, inclusive, challenging and promotes a sense of belonging and self-worth 
• Develop, implement and evaluate personalised learning plans for individual children or groups of children, in collaboration with other educators, teachers and Educational Leader 
• Deliver a curriculum that is balanced with both intentional and emergent curriculum 

You must have: 

• Relevant Diploma qualification
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current RRHAN/EC Certificate  
• HLTAID012 (previously HLTAID004) First Aid certificate (not essential)
