The Role:
As our Certificate III educator, you'll play a pivotal part to our team. Leading with unwavering dedication and boundless creativity, you will be at the heart of shaping young minds and laying the foundation for their lifelong journey of learning and discovery. You can expect to:
-Create innovative and stimulating curriculum programs
-Assist Room Leader with programming and planning
-Maintain excellence in facilities, offering a safe and dynamic space for growth
-Uphold national quality standards and safety protocols, exceeding expectations
-You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF 2.0 and NQS
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
As this role is vital to our service the successful applicant will need:
-Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
-Current and valid First aid, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certification.
-Current WWCC and the heart to make a difference.
-Magnetic personality and communication skills to effortlessly connect with children, families, and fellow educators to create meaningful relationships.
