Position Overview:
as the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work closely alongside the Facilities Team Leader to coordinate and oversee maintenance operations effectively of an Industrial Portfolio. Your main goal is to maintain a secure, productive, and operational environment for employees, tenants, and guests. Your daily duties will involve managing contractors, scheduling maintenance tasks, developing budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in building facilities management; however, this is not a prerequisite.
- Newly Graduated individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the property industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid Licence and reliable vehicle.
- A proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to learning and professional growth are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
