Assistant Farm Manager – Goodar Station
Located approx. 60 kms Northwest of Goondiwindi is our Goodar Station where we are looking for an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our dynamic team.

- The property is a mixed farming enterprise, growing summer and winter forage and cash crops. CCC uses modern equipment to maximise efficiencies of the operation.

In your new role, you’ll:
- Report to the Property Manager.
- Be responsible and accountable for implementing the farming strategy.
- Manage the daily farming activities to deliver the key operational farming activities to business/seasonal timeframes.
About you:
- Demonstrate previous experience in farming and in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of the importance of timings to deliver optimal performance.
- Sound operational knowledge to support decision making for optimum operational and business profitability outcomes.
- Exhibit a positive can-do attitude and hands on approach.
- Promote and facilitate the CCC values and behaviours including a strong focus on safety, environment and sustainable practices.
- Maintain and report accurate records (paper and online) for the farming enterprise.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and being accountable for the job responsibilities within your scope.
- Display high level of attention to detail skills.
- Have strong mechanical and welding skills.
- A current chemical users’ certificate and driver’s licence.
- A Forklift licence is desirable or a willingness to complete.
