What we know this Position will look like;
- Supporting the Operations Manager, Farm Manager and other Supervisors with day to day administration tasks (this will evolve over time).
- Assisting with the ordering and collection of parts, equipment and resources for the farm.
- Assisting with the onboarding of contractors and new employees.
- General Farm Hand work from planting, pruning, rootstocking, tractor operations, irrigation.
What it may look like later down the track:
- Supporting some of the finance requirements for the farm (PO/Invoices)
What you will need to demonstrate to be considered for the Position:
- Previous Administration and Microsoft office experience.
- Previous farming experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident manner with the ability to work with different personalities to get what you need.
- Looking for long term work, this is a permanent position.
- Experience working with Purchase Orders and Invoices would be advantageous.
