We are working with a global property company that has assets that include residential, commercial and retail.
This is a 3 month role with the possibility of extension. As the Assistant Financial Accountant you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- AP/AR process
- Lease admin
- Receipting and invoicing
- Budgeting and forecasting
- CAPEX reporting
To be considered for this opportunity you will have commercial experience in the property sector. You will also have strong accounting foundations, intermediate Excel skills, be a team player and highly motivated.
