Assistant Financial Accountant

Activ Pharmaceuticals Group (APG) offers formulation and manufacturing solutions across the cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical space.  Sitting under the umbrella of the Group are three subsidiary companies:

•                         Aus Cosmetics in Taren Point
•                         Activ Pharmaceuticals in Smeaton Grange and
•                         AVS Nutrition in Ballina

We are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Group Finance Team at our Head Office in Taren Point.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Balance sheet reconciliation
• End of month reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with Accounts Payable when required
• Assisting with Accounts receivable when required
• Other accounting duties as designated

Essential Criteria

• A tertiary qualification or similar experience in an all-round accounting position

Desirable Criteria

• Netsuite experience
