In a tight-knit team of just over 50 professionals, your role as an Executive Assistant is pivotal. You'll be the glue that holds everything together, supporting key decision-makers and facilitating the execution of critical initiatives.
About the role:
You'll play a key role in supporting the Chairman and CIO. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be the linchpin, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring seamless operations. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness at every turn.

The team are back in the office full-time so this role is 5 days in the office.
Duties and responsibilities:
Diary management
- Managing the diary of the two Heads of Business
- Scheduling executive meetings
- Assist with and attend to incoming calls, liaising with clients, emails and general matters as required
- Manage ever changing priorities and anticipate diary clashes before they happen
Board representation
- Preparation of company and external board packs, monthly market commentary report, external board documentation etc.
Financial
- Prepare and reconcile business expenses, verify documentation, and submit for payment for Chairman, CIO and Investment Manager
Travel logistics and events
- Coordinating travel logistics, including flights, transport and hotel bookings
- Organising events with clients and investors, booking meeting rooms and catering as required
- Organising company events such as the Christmas Party
To succeed with your application, you will ideally have:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the Financial Services sector
- Demonstrated as business savvy, capable of grasping the broader commercial landscape
- Proven track record of supporting high-paced teams adeptly
- Adaptable to shifting priorities, managing them with ease
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative spirit, fostering teamwork and offering constructive input
- Outstanding organisational prowess and time management abilities, adept at setting and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
