This role is crucial to the team and would require someone with exceptional business partnering and communication skills and capabilities.
Working in close collaboration with the Asset Management, Capital transactions and Finance teams to draft and compile investor reports, as well as preparing data and investor analytics.
This role would suit someone who is highly analytical as you would be required to maintaining fund and portfolio models, reviewing, assessing and adjusting forecasts and budgets, as well as supporting the due diligence and modelling process for prospective acquisitions, investment evaluations and leasing transactions.
This role would suit a senior analyst with experience in dept and capital financing experience looking for their next step up, or could also appeal to commercial finance individual at a retailer looking to get closer to fund.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update fund models.
- Prepare investment summaries and reports.
- Coordinate with teams for investor updates.
- Assist with financing for projects.
- Maintain portfolio and fund budgets.
- Manage cash flow for projects.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions.
- Collaborate on investment evaluations.
- Prepare data for investor analytics.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of industry experience, with a strong preference for individuals with a background in retail real estate.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, economics, business or relevant is essential.
- Strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in MRI and Forbury, and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Candidates should possess the ability to analyze leases, portfolio performance and costs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think independently and creatively are highly valued.
