As an Operations Coordinator with Energy Bay you will
- Assist the Asset Management team with the maintenance and optimisation of renewable energy networks and assets.
- Assist with contractor tendering, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely execution of services and delivery of materials and goods.
- Coordinate site access and inductions requirements with property owners to assist internal and external Operations teams to complete their scope of works as per timeline.
- Provide ticket of work systems (Procore) support to field-based staff and contractors.
- Raise and manage operational service tickets and resolve with internal and external teams.
- Schedule jobs as per program timelines and deadlines.
- Monitor timelines and scope requirements, track contractor performance, and report on issues / risks / external KPIs.
- Maintain asset records, registers, and other databases.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to assist the preparation of financial & technical reports
- Creation of POs, budgets, and payment schedules.
- Monitor and report on budgets, payments, and expenses
You will be successful in the role if you:
- collaborate closely with Energy Analysts, Accountants, and Project Managers
- work with internal Procurement and Accounting teams.
- have the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
- are a natural team player with a friendly and approachable attitude
- demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively
- have advanced Microsoft Office Suit skills including MS Teams, Power Point, and Excel
- have knowledge in Embedded Networks, Electricity Metering, Distributed Energy Resources, and
- the Australian Energy Market preferred.
- experience with Procore, Pipedrive, and Asset Management systems preferred
