The Assistant Gaming Manager role reports directly to the Gaming Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to both lead and inspire the Gaming team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.

• Supporting the Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations
• Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
• Promoting a positive working relationship across the team
• Ensuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operations
• Passionate with fostering team members achieving their career goals.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous Gaming Machine supervisory experience working in a Casino Industry
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity
