What You'll Do:
- Dive into the heart of gaming operations and help deliver the strategic plan across four venues, with over 500 machines.
- Lead and support the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Analyse data to unlock insights that drive our gaming strategy forward.
- Deliver best practice in player welfare and compliance.
Who We're Looking For:
- Readiness to learn and develop – could you be a future Gaming Manager?
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills are a plus – show us what you've got!
- Previous experience with EBET is awesome, but not required – we'll provide the training.
- Awesome communication with customers and team members alike – communication is key!
