The Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association (BMTA) is the largest touch football affiliate in the country, with over 12,000 people playing each year at our home, Whites Hill Reserve in Camp Hill.
The Assistant Grounds Person assists the Grounds Manager to play a vital role in maintaining over 4 hectares of picturesque playing fields in Eastern Brisbane. Whites Hill Reserve is home to Brisbane’s only dedicated touch football fields, and the grounds staff are responsible for ensuring they remain in fantastic condition to ensure members return season after season by playing on some of the highest quality playing fields in the region.
The role will begin as a 38 hour per week casual position, provided performance requirements are met, the aim is to then transition the role into a full-time apprenticeship, completing a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, over a 3-year period.
