We are an Australian family-owned company with a recently refurbished stable of 5 boutique hotels located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. No expense has been spared in presenting a classic landmark in Randwick for the retiree traveller to the more modern offering for the price conscious younger adventurer.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Guest Service Agent to step up as the Assistant Hotel Manager to lead our team at Randwick. This role will see you managing our two beautiful properties below:

The role reports to the Group General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of all areas such as Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Proactively seek sales and marketing opportunities, focusing on continuous business development, maximising room yield & increase hotel revenue through strategic sale practices and yield management.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
- Availability across seven days on a rotating roster; weekend work will be required.
