Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & committed customer centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Willoughby Hotel. You would assist the Venue Manager and your collective Venue Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role spanning both FOH and BOH duties.

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours (Midnight close).

- Prior experience with marketing & functions is preferred.
