Redcape Hotel Group is seeking passionate, committed hospitality professionals to join the Leadership Team at Figtree Hotel. Assisting your Venue Manager & collective venue team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the Hotel's day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams that may consist of bar, gaming & retail staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
