ABOUT THE POSITION:
Join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside team where you will be working in our Day Procedure Unit and our Endoscopy Unit at our spectacular Chermside location, as a Casual Assistant in Nursing.
This is a casual role, and you will be pivotal in assisting our clinical staff and our patients during their stay with us.
Bring your compassion to the position where you will work with hardworking and like-minded staff to care for and assist our patients. A snapshot of your duties would include:
- assisting patients with daily cares
- assisting in Nursing duties as delegated by the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- assisting with departmental flow

ABOUT YOU:
- A minimum of 2 years recent nursing experience preferably in a hospital environment
- Certificate III in Health and/or Aged Care preferred.
- Reprocessing of endoscopes highly desirable.
- An ability to be able to work across a variety of disciplines.
- Flexible work hours to be rostered over a variety of shifts.

St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside is a private Catholic not-for-profit hospital specialising in healthcare for people with chronic, complex, and multiple health needs. Our services include general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, pain management and palliative care.
REMUNERATION:
The position of Assistant in Nursing, in addition to our competitive salary packaging options, is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of $28.79 - $34.05 + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
