We have the opportunity for you at Kerin Lawyers - as an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant - to join our team to work closely with the Principal of the firm.
The position will be on a 8 to 10 week fixed term contract with a start date on or before 3 June 2024.
Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience.
Duties
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Dictation;
- Screening calls;
- Diary management;
- Opening files;
- Organising meetings and appointments with clients, doctors, solicitors and barristers;
- Preparation of court documents and briefs;
- Liaising with clients;
- General administration duties.
You
We require you to have experience as a paralegal or similar within a legal firm preferably in the fields of Litigation and Estates. You will need to be self-motivated and organised and be able to prioritise your work accordingly.
The Firm
We are a small but busy law firm, established in 1994. Our team works hard together to enable the best outcome for our clients. The predominant work areas are Personal Injuries and Estate matters.
