Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Must have a minimum Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Completed the Pharmacology unit (EN/RN Student)
- Assistance with medication rounds and team leader roles
- Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
