As project managers within the acquisition team, we play a major role in building digital assets and experiences with customers and prospects which will hopefully lead to many more experiences along the way. How will you make an impact in this role?

The position reports to a Senior Manager digital transformation and will be responsible for delivering projects which support our digital acquisition strategy. Key to this role will be project management, drive to innovate and change and analytical skills to be able to identify new opportunities to explore for our roadmap.

The ideal candidate for this exciting and important position will have a strong understanding of stakeholder management, a customer-first mindset, be flexible and be able to operate in a dynamic culture (sometimes with little direction).

Some of the projects within our remit is to automate processes which are manual, understand the laws surrounding onboarding including AML / KYB / KYC in order to identify solutions which will improve customer experience.

The core required competencies and experience for the role include:

  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Socialising and briefing of projects and new initiatives to tech, sales, servicing, product, risk, legal and compliance teams
  • Campaign tracking and development: Collating, interpreting and presenting results, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and identifying and implementing opportunities for improved effectiveness of activity
  • Project Management: Tech and Agency briefing, timeline management, feedback coordination, approval processes, asset deployment and testing

Minimum Qualifications,  The ideal candidate should be:

  • A customer-first individual: highly attuned to the customer experience in the development of activity, creatively and analytically seeking new ways to exceed expectations
  • An organised and detail-oriented co-ordinator, with the skill and resilience to be able to keep projects on track and escalate as needed
  • Innovative thinking with a passion for what you do and proud of what you deliver in order to make a difference.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable and active in promoting the team’s priorities and achievements with internal and agency stakeholders
  • A positive, energetic and inquisitive team member who is keen to contribute to a strong, fun and supportive team culture, and to the ongoing evolution of its activities
  • Understanding of reporting and obtaining insights from data from our various platforms in order to continue to grow our roadmap
  • High level of Microsoft office and in particular excel analysis skills, an advantage
