Job Description:

• Drafts tax advice letters and reports
• Provide practical and commercial business advice
• Prepare/deliver in-house tax training
• Strong Understanding of Tax Consolidation, Commercial Debt Forgiveness, Debt/Equity rules, Thin Capitalisation, Tax structuring, business structures, acquisitions and disposals
• Prepare and review tax returns for small to large corporates
• Research tax issues and draft advice
• Prepare/review tax effect accounting work papers

Requirements:

• Business / Commerce / Finance degree with Accounting Major
• Completed CA, CTA, Masters of Tax or equivalent
• Over 3 years’ experience in Tax Advisory, ideally in professional services
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and a team player

Desirable:

• Business / Commerce / Finance / Law double degree with Accounting Major
