Job Description:
- Drafts tax advice letters and reports
- Provide practical and commercial business advice
- Prepare/deliver in-house tax training
- Strong Understanding of Tax Consolidation, Commercial Debt Forgiveness, Debt/Equity rules, Thin Capitalisation, Tax structuring, business structures, acquisitions and disposals
- Prepare and review tax returns for small to large corporates
- Research tax issues and draft advice
- Prepare/review tax effect accounting work papers
- Business / Commerce / Finance degree with Accounting Major
- Completed CA, CTA, Masters of Tax or equivalent
- Over 3 years’ experience in Tax Advisory, ideally in professional services
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and a team player
- Business / Commerce / Finance / Law double degree with Accounting Major
