About the role:
As part of the management team you will work closely with the Store Manager and be responsible for; merchandising, staff supervision, motivation, sales and administrative functions of the business. Your selling style will be consultative with a flair for building relationships within your stores and with your peers. Excellence in sales and service are the key components of success within this most respected retailer.
Skills & Experiences:
- Management experience is a must within retail
- Experience in sales, reaching targets & KPIs
- A passion for training and developing others
- Friendly nature and customer service focused
- Knowledge and interest in interiors, Lighting and home wares advantageous
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
