About the Role:
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Ensure patrons feel welcome and valued, setting the tone for an enjoyable pub experience.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Pub Manager in overseeing daily operations. Assist in managing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient establishment.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the pub staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment. Help train new team members and provide ongoing support for professional development.
- Quality Control: Uphold high standards for food and beverage quality. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain consistency in offerings and presentation.
- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of pub events. From live music to themed nights, bring creativity and enthusiasm to enhance the pub's entertainment offerings.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role is preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- A passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable pub environment
